Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services:

• All sales are final for completed services and delivered digital goods
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases
• Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances as outlined below
• Chargebacks will result in immediate termination of all services and may lead to legal action

Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

• Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the purchased service within the agreed timeframe
• Major Defects: If the delivered work contains significant errors that make it unusable for its intended purpose
• Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same service

Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Contact us within 7 days of purchase or service delivery
• Provide your order details and reason for refund request
• Allow up to 14 business days for review and processing

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

• Completed graphic design work (once delivered)
• Digital goods that have been downloaded or accessed
• Custom modding services that have been completed as specified
• Botting services that have been activated
• Services rendered beyond the initial setup phase
• Subscription renewals after the renewal date

Modding Services

• No refunds if the mod works as described but violates game terms of service
• No refunds for account bans resulting from mod use
• Partial refunds may be considered if mod is fundamentally non-functional

Botting Services

• No refunds for account restrictions or bans
• No refunds if service works but doesn't meet growth expectations
• Refund only if bot fails to perform core advertised functions

Graphic Design

• No refunds after final design approval
• No refunds for subjective dissatisfaction with design aesthetics
• Refund only if design fails to meet agreed specifications

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take 5-10 business days after approval
• We reserve the right to issue partial refunds based on work completed
• Refunds may be issued as store credit at our discretion

Before initiating any payment disputes:

• You must first contact us to attempt resolution
• We reserve the right to present evidence of service delivery
• Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent service termination

We may update this refund policy at any time:

• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting
• Material changes will not apply retroactively to past purchases
